Return Goods Policy: No merchandise will be accepted for return without original packaging, package inserts, and the product being in the re-sealable condition. The customer can return the device on the grounds of the device's malfunction as the result of a manufacturing defect and after contacting our customer support first. If it is found that a complaint is made based on improper handling of the device, it would then be required of the customer to receive a free consultation and training. Prior authorization is required for all returns. All merchandise must be returned for replacement, credit or money back within 30 days (does not include days in training).
